Isabella Mann is an award winning brand builder and corporate strategy expert with over 20 years experience for both private and listed businesses. She has a proven track record of success in driving profitability at pace. As a commercially minded, international sales and marketing leader with extensive experience in omnichannel retail, she spent almost a decade building and expanding Pandora across Europe and then APAC. Prior to Pandora, she worked for Cartier, Tiffany & Co and Links of London. She has an entrepreneurial attitude and clear brand vision.
Isabella is also co-founder of Targa Ventures, a VC entity consisting of a portfolio of fledgling businesses in the retail and consumer space. She is a Board observer for Formula Fig and been an advisor for The Brilliant Breakfast, a subsidiary of The Prince's Trust.

In 2019, Argentex Plc had recently listed on AIM. IMC undertook their Investor Relations management, Annual Report compilation, website design and branding control. We worked together on 4 annual reports, a website relaunch. In addition, IMC helped carve a revised company strategy ensuring it became a digitalised and tech enabled service provider.
